Are you breastfeeding baby #2?

Question

For all the first time moms and breastfeeders who have struggled with it or getting Baby to take the bottle.. does this have any impact on your decision for breastfeeding for the next baby ?

I had a terrible time breastfeeding my first because I had zero support and no idea what I was doing. I thought reading the pregnancy books would prepare me but they didn't. With my second I was determined to breastfeed and I had a midwife with my second. She had me breastfeeding within the first hour after birth. I was amazed. I BF her for a year. and with my 3rd even after having an emergency c-section and my baby being in the NICU for 3 weeks I pumped until she came home and then after that breastfed her for a year. I think if you have the right support breastfeeding is a very real possibility. It's when you don't have anyone to help you that it gets so frustrating and difficult.

I didnt bf my first 2...i tried for my first for a couple days but didnt feel right so i pumped for couple days didnt feel right so formula fed..This time around im gonna bf..save money and save time washing bottles..maybe its cause i had 2 years of bottle feeding and cleaning of bottles..my babies were 14 months apart.

I will totally breastfeed my second whenever we get there. I have been breastfeeding and pumping for my 3 month old successfully so far. I plan to keep going until he is at least a year.
