OPK Newbie..... Quick Question???
So I just bought the Easy@Home OPK and I read that the pee needs to be room temperature to test? Do you ladies actually pee in a cup and let it sit out for awhile before you test? Also when is the best time of the day to test? I was thinking noon?!?! Any info would be great!💕
