natural constipation relief??

Hey all... so I'm in Australia and I take elevit as my prenatal vitamin. Unfortunately it has made me extra constipated (I suffer it anyway) and I'm looking for a natural way to relieve it?? I've been to the doctors and they tell me to drink outs of water and drink Metamucil.... both of which do nothing

I had ibs-d after an infection a while back and had to avoid the following because it was loosen me up too much: apple or pear, honey or agave sweeteners, coconut water, and cauliflower. 
So maybe one of those will help you? 
I am now getting serious constipation - days without going - with this pregnancy. I have upped my fiber and take miralax when it gets extreme. I haven't gone back to those foods because my digestive tract is touchy and I don't want to send it flying the other way or hurt the lining of my gut. 
The more water you can drink the better. I also have used fleet enemas in the past when I get too blocked up and it begins to feel impacted. They're inexpensive and work wonders! But make sure you have water and juice or Gatorade with you. 
Fruit juices are also good diarrhetics. Sobe life water always made me go.

Two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of natural lemon juice warmed. Drink it first thing on an empty stomach. It will help with bloat also.

Prune juice, milk of magnesia, water, kiwi's, and what really has helped me was Gatorade 🤷🏾‍♀️. Probably because it helps with hydration
