Question??

Ive only been on birth control for a month. I started spotting & then that stop. Now that my cycle is on I passed the whole clot already but today I wiped and long stringy blood came out, it look like a clot but Im not sure. Is clotting or spotting a sign of pregnancy ? I've been feeling nauseated with certain smells also...
