Maca root pills???

I was wondering if anyone has tried Maca root and what were their results ...

I tried it last cycle, it messed with my cycle. I ovulated on day 16 and period came day 26. Usually I ovulate day 14 and 28 day cycle. Some women swear by it though x

Be really careful with a hormone changing supplement and talk to your dr. I took them and wish I wouldn't have as they cause a lot of midcycle bleeding.

It gave me two anxiety attacks lol. I might have just used too much but it was odd.
