in laws!? 😡
I know I already ranted about my mil today but I've got another issue!Â
Today my mil and her mother were visiting and they both told me I'm overfeeding my 16 week old baby and I'm dehydrating him and I'm basically doing everything wrong when it comes to feeding him!Â
My son eats 28-32 ounces of formula a day, which my dr assured me is perfectly fine! My dr also told me not to give my son straight water until he's older, which according to my mil is "completely ridiculous and wrong!"Â
My mil also is trying to tell me that putting a small amount of rice cereal in my sons bottle at dinner time is bad for him, even though my dr told me to do it!!!Â
My mil is convinced that I am not properly feeding my son even though she hasn't taken care of an infant in over 20 years! She believes that she is right and Drs and science are wrong. I am so over her!Â
My SO didn't even bother saying anything to her! I had to defend myself against every negative thing she had to say!Â
I am so beyond pissed at my mil and my so! And I now feel like a shitty mother even though my dr has assured me multiple times that I am doing everything right!Â
