I'm 10 weeks and 4 days today. Nausea has taken it toll on me. I haven't been eating as much lately because of my fear of throwing up. Prenatal Vitamins just thinking about the after taste makes me gag. Today I tried to find the energy to cook and when I opened up the defrosted pack of chicken breast I immediately got queasy. I ran to the bathroom where I positioned myself but nothing happened, probably because there was nothing there to come back up. I sat on the toilet and immediately started to get a hot flash and experienced a weird episode of dizziness. I made my way to the couch undressed and took a nap for 2 hours. This never happened to me before, should I worry???
