Eve for men??

Is there a such thing as an "eve" for men? My guy has some questions that he doesn't trust asking his friends about or know who to talk to. I mentioned that in eve us girls we consult with each other when we have "sexual/health" questions and we feel comfortable. He asked if there was a such thing for men. I thought it was really cute lol but does anyone have any clue if there is?
