Smoking while on Mirena

So I just got the Mirena iud put in on Tuesday, I'm 20 years old and was wondering if any of you who also have Mirena smoke as well? I know it says it women 35 and older shouldn't smoke while on it. But I wanted to see if others have any side effects due to smoking during iud use.

And I know smoking is bad for me so please, don't lecture me about quitting. I have and continue to decrease the amount of cigarettes I smoke a day. At my worst I was 2 packs a day and now I'm down to 4-6 cigarettes a day.
