Could i be having a miscarriage

This post has tmi. If its not allowed im sorry and feel free to delete it. So a month ago my doc decided to put me on the pill for three months to try and reset my cycle. The first week i forgot a pill and took it the next day. A week agter that i start spotted and continued to spot until i started this past thursday. I had some symptoms, my boobs hurt and i was really nauseous. Took a test wednesday afternoon it was negative, then started full blown on thursday. I had bad cramps and really bad nausea since then and really heavy bleeding. So today i go to change my tampon, and when i wiped there was a good size clot, which for me is relatively normal. Heres the thing that's never happened though when i floded the paper the clot moved and i saw it was all gray, i mived it a little more and it didnt really look like a regular clot, almost like thin skin that was gray and covered in blood. Everywhere i looked on the internet is pointing to the fact i may have had a miscarriage but my cramps were just regular cramps
