Whole30 diet?

Has anyone heard of the whole 30 diet plan? If so, what was your success on it? How much weight did u lose in the month?

Answer

The whole30 diet is supposed to be an introduction into a complete lifestyle change, its very strict. If you aren't planning on completely changing your habits and just view it as a 30 day diet, it's not a very good place to start. However, if you want to shift to a more paleo way of eating it's a great way to learn about whats in your food and how to eat a more veggie/meat based diet.

I lost 7 pounds and learned that dairy and bread doesn't sit well with me (not to the point where I can't enjoy an occasional dairy or bread product but enough to know that I feel better if I stay away). I was NOT starving at all during the Whole 30. I learned how to cook zucchini noodles and how to read labels. Sugar is sneaked in a lot of unnecessary items!

I haven't done it since im pregnant but my sister lost 10lbs on it a couple times.
