Mirena or ParaGard???

Question

You guys, I need help decided which IUD to get!! Mirena and ParaGard are my options but I can't decide. 
I've heard ParaGard makes your periods longer/heavier, so I'm leaning towards Mirena. But I've heard horror stories about massive hair loss with that!!

What are you ladies' experiences??

Paragaurd u have heavy periods but after s year your body figures it out. Maurena made me crazy. And bloated. And I took it out. I first had the paragaurd for 3 years and took it out cause I wanted to have another baby. Went back to the paragaurd after having the baby and changed it 6 months later cause my periods were soo bad I would have to wear 2 pads and couldn't wear a tampon cause it would push it out in 5 min with all the bleeding I was having.

I am one of the unlucky ones who absorbed too much at a time on Mirena. I felt pregnant the whole time...cravings, mood swings, and I felt like I was going crazy the whole time. I found out through my nursing school clinicals that Mirena can also cause blood clots. Rare, but can happen. 0/10 would never have another one inserted. On the other hand, I have a friend who just had one put in for a 2nd 5 years and loves it.
