so hard to meet decent men

I don't have unrealistic expectations, I just want an intellectual man that can make me laugh, if you've got that you're 50% there yet it's so hard to find someone who's even worth giving the time of day, the guys I come across are all scum, either in relationships and flirt or they're not respectable guys. So my question is where do you meet people? I don't go clubbing so it's not like I'm looking in the wrong places, I just seem to have the worst luck with relationships.
