Looks like an ulcer swish some warm sea salt water around (gross i know) you can also get some numbing stuff like oragel from the store to help with the pain

Don't look like a canker sore. Canker sores are hollow and in the middle of them there's a open circle that makes eating very hard. This is just a bump similar to a pimple on your face. It will pop on it's own and not hurt. The fluid inside is sore and or sweet in a gross wad

Um all these people keep saying canker sore... but idk I have grown up with hella terrible cankersores that my dentist hisses at and mine have never looked like that. I've never seen a cankersore look like that. Idk maybe yours are different? If it is a cankersore stay away from sour things or anything spicy. Also, oragel helps a lot numbing the area of pain. Stays on better than kanka too
