Sick again

I can't tell y'all how many times I've been sick this pregnancy. Just woke up with the left side of my throat extremely sore and eating ice to help for now. What natural remedies have you used to help sore throat go away quick? Usually when I'm sick it's for at least 2 weeks. It always lingers.
