TTC after ovarian drilling

Hi. 12 days ago I had ovarian drilling done. I'm on metformin 1000mg once a day and will try clomid again on 2nd menstruation day for 5 days. I had cramps and Mood swings earlier this week. And spotting today. Not sure if its my period. Or if it might be ovulation. I'm confused. Any ideas?
