wisdom tooth pain

Hello! I'm in a lot of pain from my top wisdom tooth. Unfortunately it is coming in underneath my jaw line backwards. I know I can't go to the dentist because of the X-ray. Does anyone have advice on wisdom tooth pain? I am 10 weeks and five days today :)
