Do you track your baby's sleep, feedings and diapers?

I did when we got home from hospital until her first doctors appointment. Only because she lost 11% of her body weight and they recommended I supplement. Once my milk came in she was fine and I stopped

I did for the first few weeks but then stopped. Started tracking sleep again around 7 months because her sleep was so all over the place. It really helped us figure out some solutions.

I did it for the first two weeks so I'd know what to tell the public health nurse when I went in (serious mom brain and I can't remember anything) but as long as I notice nothing is out of the ordinary I don't worry about it. It's more annoying than anything

I did track her dirty diapers for a month when I noticed a drastic, but normal change. Other than that, I track nothing.

I tracked her eating for a little while, and I made sure she had enough wet diapers for the first three weeks. After that, as long as she seemed happy and healthy, and had approximately the right number of wet diapers a day, I didn't worry.
