Bloating 🙁

5 days ago (Wednesday night) my stomach started to hurt & which ended up in the bowel movement that starts with a D. Two days after, that went away, but my stomach has still been hurting. But now on the 5th day I feel bloated & I have not had a bowel movement since 2 days ago. I'm drinking Alka seltzer right now, but I also have fiber that I can add to my water. Would this work, or is there any other way?? Thank you!
