Is it rude to cancel a double date with friends/co-workers because work called? My boyfriend asked earlier in the afternoon if I wanted to go on a double date and I was like sure yeah. But then a few hours later I was asked to work , and hey money talks. But the thing is with the friends of his is that , one needs deodorant and the other one is a thief. It would've been nice to have someone pay for a date for once since I ALWAYS pay. I don't mind but it's ridiculous. I understand my boyfriend pays most the rent for his parents and has nothing left but he's never at his house , he's always at mine. So that isn't fair to him. But anyway now he's pissed at me because work called, i just I need the money. There will be other days in the future to go on a double date. I just dont know what to do.
