So I just found out that I have been Completely wrong about how my leave works for pregnancy. I can get a note from my midwife for medical reasons as to why I need to be off before baby is born, and it doesn't effect my 12 weeks after he's born... why the hell am I still at work right now.. lol maybe planning another week or two and then getting that note.. I thought that my fmla and concurrent with my short term disability but that's only if I do not have a medical reason note for the leave..
