Does any one have kaiser permanente insurance and have issues with billing?

I like kaiser but I just found out they've been sending bills I didn't know I had to my parents house. I HAVE NO CLUE how they even have my parents address! It's in a different state completely and I've never ever received care there. Wtf

I supposedly missed an appointment back in December (I didn't) and now I'm being charged the missed appointment fee. So now I have to do an appeal and go through all that because my dr is just being a pain in the ass. I seriously hate kaiser

I work for a hospital and do billing, they're kind of a pain to be honest.

My MIL does and gets mail back super late!! She sometimes misses the payments because of this
