If you were in public and someone was cussing around your child, would you ask them to stop?

No. I chose to have children, they didn't. If it was close family/someone around him frequently, absolutely yes. As long as my child is taught by his parents not to speak that way, there is no issue.

No, just because you're a parent of one person doesn't mean you can control everyone else. I'll teach my children not to say certain words so it shouldn't be a problem. I'm sure my husband and I will slip on occasion as well, it happens 🤷🏻‍♀️

Truthfully I'd just give them a dirty look and shake my head hahaha passive aggressive at its finest.

I wouldn't say anything to the person. If you teach your kids properly they should know the difference between appropriate and inappropriate language by the time they can recognize those words.
