allergic or normal?

Lately my daughter (5 weeks) has been getting a bit colicky at night. I picked up some Little Tummies Gripe Water to try settling her stomach. It worked wonderfully! Her past two stools has been more of a brown-green and mushy as well as mucusy rather than her regular green seedy poops. Does this indicate an allergic reaction or is it normal? There have been no other symptoms of allergic reaction.
