When alcohol becomes more of a priority than you, what do you do , or what would you do 😔?

Either get that person help (only works if they want help though) or leave.

Leave, my husband and I both quit drinking and it's definitely helped our relationship. There was no staying if he'd continue drinking it was not a place where I want to raise my baby

Walk away, coming from someone thats been there done that, I was with him for almost 4 years I was young and in denial I though he would change cos "he loved me" but he never did, its hard but possible. Now I'm happy with a beautiful baby boy and a loving partner! X also my mum is a big drinker, and she chose to leave my dad and family cos she wanted the drink more.

Hmmm - in what way has alcohol become a priority? And is this your husband or BF?

Give them the opportunity to stop, my BF was drinking a lot and was being an idiot along with it and it got to the point where I was very close to leaving and told him that and exactly how it felt and he's stopped, not touched a drop since Christmas Day. Don't get me wrong he wasn't an alcoholic or anything, just liked a binge and didn't seem to care about me when he had a drink.
