So. No BFP this month. Just an early AF!! My cycle is still working itself out from having a mc in October. Feels like the never ending mc but I know it's God's timing and not mine. So this month I ordered Geritol and a good quality folate supplement. Instead of taking my prenatal I'm going to use those. My prenatal is so expensive and kinda depresses me to take since I'm not pregnant. I'm going to temp this month but regardless of my temp I'm going to start BDing every other day on the 22nd until I get my positive opk or temp and then a few days after that too. This is tmi but I'm going to make sure my hubby isn't spending any 'alone time' with himself around those days. Seems obvious but I realized I really need to explain these things to him 😂. And I'll up my veggie intake and light exercise to keep my mood up. Winter blues are real right now, especially when all I can think about is getting my BFP! I'll try to remember preseed and mucinex during my fertile window but I always forget. And I'll eat my pineapple for the week after I ovulate. Here we go...! Anyone else making adjustments this month??? Baby dust 👶🏼 ✨!!!!
