itchy nipples?

what's going on if my nipple is itchy as heck?!?! just one of them haha

Do you change bras and wash them often?? Sometimes I get lazy about that (who doesn't?) and the dirtiness of the bra will cause my nips to get itchy.

Maybe they're dry? Mine were like that this whole winter. A littl aveeno did the trick lol. I mean are they red and irritated? Is there bumps on them?

The itchy nipples were a pregnancy sign for me and ever since my third child when I get my period I get itchy nipples. And it's not just one it's both and they itch so bad I had to buy a special toothbrush to use on them because my nipples are pierced and it's uncomfortable to scratch with them in.

Might just be from rubbing against your bra or shirt? That's happened to me. I think I put neosporin on it or lotion. Took a day or two to feel better
