So my boyfriend is from China and I had brought up Valentine's Day the other day and jokingly said "soooo what're you getting me for Valentine's Day?" And he tells me that he doesn't celebrate Valentine's Day. At first, it didn't bother me like whatever it's just Valentine's Day. Plus, me and my ex's anniversary was on that day so I wasn't too thrilled about it. But now that it's technically tomorrow, it bothers me that he might not do something for me. I don't want to sound selfish and it's okay if he doesn't but it would be kind of nice because it's a new relationship and it would be nice to make some new memories for that day. I just kind of wanted to vent and ask for any advice on how to not be upset about it lol thanks
