So I read up on vitex and I decided to try it. I have missed February 's cycle and today is the 1st day trying vitex , 2 capsules and I'm cramping already !!!! 😳 ! Like what in the world . I'm really hopeful with it . I have pcos and I heard it healed you regulate your cycles and make you Ovulate ! That what I'm lacking ! So 🤞🏼 I'm hoping for the best! Has any of you ladies been on vitex ? How did it affect you ? Did you get pregnant ?  Baby dust ✨✨
