I'm feeling like a very bad cold is coming on or possibly the start of the flu. I have a watery eye and I can only breathe out of one nostril! So I hand expressed a couple of drops and put some in my eye and up my nose! Hopefully it helps! I'm counting on it anyway. 🤧🤞🏼
