How do you breastfeed your baby?? Just curious! 
Do you alternate between each boob? 
Only use one boob? 
Do you time how long the baby is on each boob?
How do you keep track of which side they used last? 
Do you write it down, log it in your phone or nothing at all?
Do you also keep track of how many poops and pees your baby makes to make sure their getting enough milk and not sick?

I used to track feedings, wet and poopy diapers religiously, then I stopped when she was 3 weeks old - basically when my doc told me she was super healthy (weight wise) and that I don't need to keep waking her at night for feedings.

I've always only fed one breast at a time. I would offer her the other if she seems dissatisfied. I find that if she falls asleep/appears drowsy or slows down the sucking motion near the end of the feeding from one breast, it means that she's full.

I keep track of which one I fed her on by keeping a hair elastic on my wrist. I'd switch it to whichever side she just ate from.

I feed on demand. But I still note in my head the time we finished the last feeding as during the day I don't want her sleeping more than 2 hours at a time or it messes up our nights.

I tend to alternate between each boob every feeding and if I forget, I just feel them and whichever one feels more full, that's the one I use.

I don't keep track of how many wet/dirty diapers there are. I change at least one or the other at each feeding, sometimes 2 if she poops while I'm changing her. I know she's gaining weight too, so I don't worry.

When she was first born I would track her diapers, but now she's 10 weeks old and I notice if she doesn't produce enough diapers. And yes, you need to alternate sides or else you will become engorged and/or get mastitis. If you want you can pump off one side and nurse off the other to have some to put in the freezer. You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly, the first week sucks because your nipples are sore and some crack and bleed, but that'll pass.
