Days & nights mixed up...

Me & my fiancé have our days & nights completely mixed up. We are out of work atm due to uncontrollable situations. We literally have nothing to do with nowhere to go. So we eventually got our days & nights mixed up. Everyone is saying we need to get back on track. It isn't good to sleep all day blah blah blah....would you consider this a bad thing?
