40+3, sweep, labour signs?

Annabelle • 20, engaged, England, TTC baby #1

I got a sweep done yesterday at around 6:30pm (when I was 40+2). I felt achy and crampy afterwards. Between 11:30pm and 6:45am I was getting regular contractions, they were between 4-6 minutes apart lasting 40-50 seconds each. I timed them three times throughout the night between 11:30pm - 12:15am, and then 4:20am - 5:00am. I slept in-between as much as I could but kept needing to pee. Throughout the evening since the sweep I've had a lot of bloody mucus coming out (bloody show maybe?). I had some more this morning when I got up at around 10:45. Anyway, the contractions stopped by the time I woke up after going back to sleep at 7am-ish. It's now 1pm and I'm feeling achy in my back again now and getting the odd light period type ache now and then.

I'm just wondering if this is normal? Is labour starting? I'm just really eager to have this baby now. I desperately want it to be labour starting, to have him today or early tomorrow... I'm so impatient now!!
