7dpo advice

I'm currently 7dpo and noticed an increase in creamy cm. My hubby and I bd plenty during my fertile week and did receive a peak ovulation testing with clear blue digital. Is this a good sign of possible pregnancy or my af just gearing up to start? Only other symptoms is nipple tenderness. I'm not the type to test early, I usually wait for af to show her face. But this has me questioning things. Thanks!
