I got my Skyla IUD out about 10 months ago. My fiancé and I aren't preventing pregnancy, but not actively trying either. However, I'm kind of concerned I haven't gotten pregnant. We have had unprotected sex A LOT and still my period is coming. Should I be concerned that I can't get pregnant?! It's been almost a year of being care-free.
