surprise!
Positive pregnancy test last night. We were thinking of trying soon, so this is a complete shock. We weren't preventing before but just didn't really think it would happen. Took me a year to get pregnant the first time. I'm just a little bummed I wasn't taking prenatals beforehand. ☹️
