discrimination in the workplace

My boss treats me like crap. I'm quiet and keep to myself and nice to everyone. I don't kiss her butt so I think that's why she hates me. I have a long list of stuff she's done to me. The director won't put me in another unit because she threatens to sue him for taking corrective action against her . I hate to quit my job she has caused me health probs and I'm thinking she's the reason I can't conceive (stress) anyone have advice 😐😞😞😞
