How long did your LO army crawl?

My daughter is 8.5months and just started army crawling a couple days ago. We're in the process of baby-proofing but it's taking a while. Just wondering how long your LO's army crawled for before crawling with their stomachs off the ground. Trying to guesstimate how long we have before she's going full speed.

Turns out it took her a little less than a month to figure it out. Now she's moved on to trying to stand and walk only a week later. Growing up way too fast!

My daughter army crawled from 5.5 months til 7 months. So a month and a half until she figured it out.

He has been army crawling for about 2 months. He pulls himself up to play and can pull to a standing position but just has no interest in getting off his tummy when he crawls. We've tried everything. Little thing is fast at it too.

My daughter took about a month to learn that getting up on all fours is a lot faster means of movement lol.

Started army crawling right before she turned 4 months and would occasionally real crawl but didn't stop army crawling until 6/7 months

Once my son started crawling it took him about a week to get fast at it and another week to master the art of pulling himself up on things.

My LO still army crawls a lot of the time. But she did it for almost two weeks before getting around with her tummy off the floor. She hasn't worked out how to get into a sitting position yet.

About a month and a half. But she started army-crawling at 5.5 months, she couldn't even sit unsupported yet. It just depends when they notice that they can reach higher places and get there faster if they crawl on all fours. :)

I will say that once my baby learned to crawl properly, she was pulling up and cruising along the furniture literally within a week. It can all change so fast!! Do your baby proofing now while you can still move around without a baby clamped onto your leg!
