Don't know when AF is due 😡

I had an early an early miscarriage 4 weeks ago and now I'm not sure when AF is due. I ovulated on 2/2 (cd 17), I know from temps and opk, which was a few days earlier than normal. By my usual luteal phase I should start today. By my usual cycle length AF should start Friday/Saturday. Anyone have any insight on if I should trust normal cycle length or normal luteal phase? I tested today and it was negative.
