HELP?

How do you pump and store ? Every time I pimp I end up using the milk the same or following day

You have to pump on a schedule so your always making enough to feed and store. I pump every 3 hours and get enough to fill a bottle and freeze some everytime.

I pump 4-6 times a day and use bottles in the fridge, all used within 24 hrs. To freeze I use bags :) got a little stock forming now. I try and freeze 1 pump session a day.

The more you pump the more milk is produced. I was pumping every 3 hr once I got my supply up, I was able to feed baby and freeze 10 oz. I then cut down to 4 hr and then 6 so I could sleep
