CD 19 Ovulation Confusion - 6 Follicles Big Enough to Ovulate Right Now??

Pregnant and Tired
Ok, so I had an ultrasound today to see what was going on with my eggs since I still haven't ovulated on CD19. The tech said I have 6 ready to ovulate sized follicles and 19 total if you include those over 10mm but not big enough for ovulation yet, which seems really odd when I'm on CD19. She said she's never in the five years she worked there had anyone have that many follicles on an unmediated cycle. My endometrium was 6.7mm thick.
Back story below:
CD 4- I had an antral follicle count with 21 antral follicles.
CD 8 - I had a saline infused HSG and Femvue scan where my right tube was partially blocked and cleared. I hear this can make you ovulate late.
bbt temps have been all over and mostly higher than usual.
No positive opk but they have been very dark just not positive, and it's been like this for nearly my whole cycle.
I haven't had any real ewcm for any length of time. I've had a tiny bit of stretchy cloudy cervical fluid here and there over the past week but mostly just creamy, but it has been getting wetter. I usually get ewcm for 6 days or so before ovulation.
I normally ovulate between CD 12-19. Pretty irregular.
This cycle is completely unmedicated.

Does anyone know why I have so many dominant follicles and haven't ovulated or what could have caused this confusing cycle? Any help trying to understand if this is a good or bad thing and if I should be worried about having so many eggs would be amazing. I'm worried that I won't ovulate since none are getting very dominant.
