If I randomly felt nauseous and then threw up the other night could I be pregnant? It's Tuesday and this happened Friday night around midnight or so. I was feeling kinda sick for a few hours before and thought maybe I was just hungry so I ate a little bit got home got ready for bed and then had to run to the bathroom. I only threw up that one time and felt fine after. I'm asking because on the 26th of Jan. My boyfriend and I had sex without a condom and he didn't cum inside me but his cum ran all the way down my vagina so I know there's a possibility. I had started birth control pill only 4 days before that.. yes I know BC isn't fully working till the first month of taking them is done. Thoughts?? Could I possibly be pregnant? I started withdrawal spotting yesterday and today it's very light but the whole puking thing got me very worried
