changing the hospital/ doctor

So I don't know why it came up to my head today that I was having my baby at the medical center and not the clinic but I checked where I was delivering and reviews on google and websites are horrible for this hospital. Including how nasty the place is and how rude nurses are. Even checked pictures on Their Facebook and the beds the moms were on looked like stretchers in ambulances. Not to mention horrible stories people left on there. I love everyone at the clinic and I really should have checked this early but I didnt and now I'm really worried and tempted to change hospital since the doc only delivers at that place, I'm gonna need new doctor too. I'm wondering if anyone had done this and not regret it ? I'm going on 36 weeks.
