Bfp! Excited! Concerned! ??

Question

So strange month. ....I had several days of spotting Sunday and Monday. I had one normal flow day Tuesday....maybe 18 hours.  Spotting on Wednesday.  Took a test this morning just to be sure since my husband and I are doing date night tonight.  Huge surprise! Bfp! Is it weird that I had bleeding this week? Should I be concerned?
