What kind of repurcussions should i expect from being insecure ?

I'm pregnant again , only been with boyfriend two years and on second kid. When we met I had all the confidence , was sexy. But now I can't get into sex cause I have the baby and I'm pregnant , just overall I feel unloved. I know he loves me , am I making myself feel this way because I'm now insecure ? Or have low self esteem. Can it ruin my relationship ?
