Send me baby dust please !

My biggest is become a mother I've been TTC for  4 months and still no baby. I've read some comments that telling me to relax and try but it's not that easy. Every month I get my hopes up and it hurts. I'm 5 days late today this has never happened to me. I'm thirsty all the time and go to the bathroom like 100 times at day. I have little cramps but not bad and only when I sneeze or cough, and I have sore breast and they feel hard. I've been wanting to get a test but I'm sacred that I'm getting my hopes up again, I don't want to get to excited....
