birth control baby, or not?

So i just had my cycle February 5-12. I just got off my period Sunday (I am on birth control) my boyfriend and I had sex 2 days in a row and he came inside me both times. Should I be worried about getting pregnant? About two weeks ago we had sex again. Unprotected and he came inside me for the first time. It was the heat of the moment, we both are baby crazy right now, but want to wait till we are married. So I thought. We usually use the pull out method but the past three times he said he didn't want to pull out.
