Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Advice

I just wanted to give women trying to conceive who have PCOS some advice from my own experiences.
I was diagnosed with PCOS 7 years ago now when I was 22, my periods were relatively regular in that they were every 45-50 days but much longer than the ideal 28 day cycle.
At age 22 I did not want to have kids immediately but wanted to search for ways to improve my chances of conceiving later on. I was totally terrified at reading some solutions doctors suggested such as the Pill to regulate periods or other artificial chemicals which can impact your body even more that your initial problem.
I found that taking a multivitamin and mineral tablet each day and taking 20 drops of Agnus Castus in a small amount of water each morning totally regulated my periods to every 27-29 days.
More interestingly I went back to the doctors 18 months later to see what my bloods and ultrasound showed and the doctors were puzzled to find no evidence of PCOS whatsoever! They would not accept that my more natural approach could have solved my issues!
I cannot promise that this will work for everyone but it certainly worked for me and I now have 2 beautiful children and encountered no complications associated with PCOS.
Please give it ago if you are struggling to find something that works for you!!! Xxx
