Soon to be ex problems.

So, I'm dating this guy.. again ..first go round both of us messed up in the relationship ..so just about a month ago.. we started over..cleared the slate. I told him, what I needed..that I needed him to be there. When I'm down, when I'm up, to cuddle, to hold just be a man and be there for me. As I will for him. I also informed him that the most important days to me..are my birthday and valentine's day. I don't expect diamonds or anything outrageous like that ...but a bear and a card and his time on these special days. Yesterday, was my birthday. Of course, the only thing he did was text me happy birthday. He didn't come see me, or anything.. I'm about to break up with him because hes taking my kindness for weakness. What do you guys think and what would you do?
