HELP. PLS

Im on birth control, I've been taking for a while now, since December. I don't have my pills on me so i missed the time i was suppose to take it and i had unprotected sex this morning at about 2am. Am i at risk of getting pregnant with taking the pill late? Someone told me no, my packet doesn't tell me much about it, anyone have a answer for me?
